About The Role
We are seeking talented and dedicated engineering and program management professionals to join our dynamic team at the L3Harris Surface & C5 Systems division in Camden, NJ. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-assurance encryption systems used in demanding military and governmental environments worldwide. The successful candidates will be involved in the design, development, and integration of complex systems that support national security initiatives. Qualifications
Qualified candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields. Relevant experience in systems engineering, software development, electrical design, or project management is highly desirable. Candidates must have an active government-issued security clearance and be U.S. citizens. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. Familiarity with encryption technology, FPGA/VHDL design, PCB layout, and cybersecurity principles will be advantageous. A proven track record of working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate complex defense systems, including encryption solutions and cybersecurity products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct system architecture and design reviews to ensure compliance with project goals and security standards.
- Develop and test software, firmware, and hardware components, including FPGA/VHDL designs and PCB layouts.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and technical documentation to ensure on-time completion.
- Participate in risk assessments, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues during development and deployment phases.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and system performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and security protocols relevant to defense systems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and development efficiency.
