We are looking for a proactive and highly technical SEO Manager with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will own our SEO strategy, manage technical improvements, and use automation to scale content performance.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute SEO strategies that grow organic traffic and rankings.
- Analyze site performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to identify opportunities and track progress.
- Plan and oversee on-page and off-page optimization, including keyword research, link building, and technical audits.
- Work closely with developers on technical SEO improvements such as structured data, page speed, crawl efficiency, and indexation.
- Manage and optimize WordPress websites for SEO performance and content updates.
- Use or build AI tools and automations to scale content creation and optimization.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed in all new pages and campaigns.
- Lead projects end-to-end, staying organized and ensuring deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in SEO with a proven track record of driving traffic and rankings.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO measurement tools.
- Technical understanding of HTML, WordPress, structured data, and site architecture.
- Ability to work with or build AI automations for content and SEO tasks.
- Proactive problem solver with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Technical degree (computer science, engineering, or similar) required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
