Job Description


Position: Social Media Manager & Multilingual Content Coordinator

Contract: Freelance (part-time, scalable)

Location: Remote — work from anywhere

Start Date: Immediate


About the Role


Proofinder is seeking a creative, analytical, and multilingual Social Media Manager to shape and grow our digital presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and our website’s Blog page.


You’ll design and execute platform-specific strategies, create and localize content, and translate our research-driven narratives into engaging public communications. 


Key Responsibilities


1. Channel Strategy & Management


Develop and execute content strategies for LinkedIn, YouTube, and the Blog page.


Maintain consistent brand voice aligned with Proofinder’s editorial and analytical standards.


Monitor performance metrics and propose data-informed adjustments to improve reach and engagement.


2. Content Creation & Coordination


LinkedIn: Write and schedule thought-leadership posts, news updates, and visual carousels.


YouTube: Oversee publishing of video content, write SEO-optimized titles and descriptions, design thumbnails, and manage community interactions.


Blog: Draft, edit, and optimize analytical blog posts reflecting our current research agenda.


Manage an editorial calendar — coordinate with analysts, contributors, and media designers to ensure timely publication.


3. Translation & Localization


Translate short-form and long-form content between English and at least two other languages.


Adapt tone and terminology to regional audiences while preserving factual and analytical accuracy.


Ideal Profile


You are a strong fit if you:


  • Have experience managing brand or organization accounts on LinkedIn and YouTube.


  • Have a track record of growing engagement and improving visibility through structured content planning.


  • Can demonstrate strong copywriting, storytelling, and editorial judgment.


  • Possess basic skills in video or thumbnail editing and understand visual communication.


  • Are fluent in at least three languages (English required; French, Spanish, Arabic, or Greek preferred).


  • Are comfortable interpreting analytics and turning insights into measurable improvements.


Time & Compensation


Working Hours: Approx. 5–10 hours per month (flexible, remote, asynchronous).


Rate: Competitive freelance compensation, based on experience and output quality.
