Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement creative social media strategies that align with Shake-out’s brand identity and business objectives.
  • Content Planning & Creation: Plan, create, and publish engaging content across multiple social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) to grow audience and engagement.
  • Community Management: Monitor, moderate, and engage with online communities, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and comments, and fostering strong relationships with followers.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve content and campaign effectiveness.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to enhance Shake-out’s presence and brand voice.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across channels.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in managing social media accounts for a brand, preferably in the technology or fintech sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong creativity with an eye for visual storytelling and brand tone.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
  • Knowledge of paid social advertising strategies and campaign management.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
