Marketing Manager

Definitely not a desk job! You must love the outdoors and be passionate about the planet - you’ll be out on hiking trails in the forest, and on boats in the ocean, camera in hand - capturing moments that spark curiosity, wonder, and care for the Earth.

What You’ll Do

• Create and share stories that matter – photos, short films, reels, blogs, and newsletters across IG, TikTok, YouTube, and FB.
• Be on the ground at our experiential programmes and events, capturing live content and staying connected to the pulse of our work.
• Bring ideas to life – from behind-the-scenes staff features to “day in the life” videos that showcase our culture.
• Engage our community – respond authentically to enquiries and help convert interest into bookings.
• Keep us organised – maintain our campaign calendar and share insights on performance.
• Collaborate with our Marketing Strategist and Marketing Assistant to deliver aligned, impactful campaigns.
• Be a steward of our brand – ensuring all content reflects our values of authenticity, community, and ecological integrity.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Who We’re Looking For

• A storytellling artist who wants to own the process start to finish
• Loves nature and adventure — and feels energised capturing stories outdoors.
• Fluent in Thai and English, confident in both writing and conversation.
• Experienced with international companies or cross-cultural teams; unafraid to speak up and share ideas.
• Hands-on with filming, editing, design, and publishing across platforms but also understanding of the business side.
• Proactive, organised, and clear in communicating what’s needed.
• Creative and responsive, balancing community care with commercial outcomes.

The Practicalities

• Full-time, onsite role based in Krabi, Thailand.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Thailand, if you already have a company and valid Thai work permit, this may also be possible.
• Relocation support available.
