What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as an internal research and insights subject matter expert, leading research initiatives for complex requests and strategic efforts
- Establish cross-functional relationships with leaders to promote a culture of data-driven, customer-centric decision making
- Execute all aspects of quantitative and qualitative research, including methodology recommendations, data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Analyze primary and secondary research findings to create concise deliverables and presentations that communicate actionable insights
- Mentor junior analysts by providing training, feedback, guidance, and coaching
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience; HS diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in market research, customer insights, or competitive insights
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Exceptional analytical, reporting, and communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM) or healthcare
- Familiarity with Qualtrics or other survey platforms
