Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the vision, roadmap, and strategy for data products that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to develop scalable data solutions and pipelines.
- Prioritize data initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with company objectives.
- Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into detailed product specifications.
- Ensure high standards for data quality, integrity, accessibility, and security across systems.
- Monitor key metrics and KPIs to measure the success and adoption of data products.
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making by enabling teams with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in data product management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Data Product Manager, Product Manager, or in a similar data-focused role.
- Strong understanding of data systems, analytics, and data governance principles.
- Experience working with tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar data visualization platforms.
- Familiarity with data engineering concepts (ETL pipelines, APIs, data warehouses, etc.).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a flexible environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
