About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, well-structured PHP code for web applications and backend systems.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services that integrate seamlessly with other systems.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to deliver cohesive, user-focused solutions.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and ensure the stability and performance of existing systems.
- Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and contribute to team-wide best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest PHP frameworks, tools, and technologies to suggest improvements and new approaches.
Who You Are
- Proven experience as a PHP Developer with strong object-oriented programming skills.
- Hands-on expertise with frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
- Experience with MySQL or other relational databases, including query optimization.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Proficient in using version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Skilled in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup and collaborating across distributed teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
