We’re now looking for a
Technical Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, believes in our mission, and is ready to help us build a world-class technical team that powers the next phase of our growth.
What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and engage top-tier technical talent across AI/ML, engineering, QA, and design
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding hand-off
- Partner directly with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements and cultural fit
- Develop strong pipelines through LinkedIn, GitLab, niche job boards, and strategic sourcing
- Conduct initial technical assessments and coordinate interviews with our engineering team
- Maintain clean, accurate records in our ATS (we use Zoho Recruit!)
- Champion our brand and culture across platforms, events, and sourcing communities
Requirements
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience recruiting technical roles (bonus for AI/ML or SaaS experience)
- Strong command of sourcing strategies, Boolean logic, and tech stack lingo
- Proficiency with ATS tools — Zoho Recruit experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish/English bilingual preferred)
- Track record of meeting recruiting goals, scaling teams, and thriving in startup environments
- A passion for helping builders, creators, and innovators find the right role

- Understand AI/ML workflows, DevOps practices, or startup tech stacks
- Know your way around GitHub/GitLab, Chrome extensions, or SaaS hiring trends
