Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Chief Sales and Marketing Officer based in Europe to lead our business development efforts not only across the continent but also worldwide.


The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience in IoT, Embedded Security and Mobile Application Security, and will play a key role in expanding our presence among IoT device manufacturers and mobile application providers.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with IoT, automotive, EV-Charger and smart device manufacturers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing contracts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and technical partners.
  • Collaborate with our technical teams to shape client proposals and go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent CyberWhiz in industry events, exhibitions, and partner meetings worldwide.


Requirements


  • Minimum 8–10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IoT, embedded software, or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end IoT Cyber Security market and regulatory environment.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working remotely with a distributed team.
