Role Overview
Weâre looking for a Marketing Analyst based in Uganda to help us make smarter, data-driven marketing decisions across our e-commerce brands.
Your role is to transform data into insights that drive growth.
Youâll track and interpret performance across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Email, and Shopify, identify trends, and help our marketing and creative teams optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
Youâll collaborate directly with our CEO and marketing leads to improve ROAS, analyze results, and guide strategy across campaigns reaching millions of customers globally.

What Youâll Do
- Analyze key marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV, etc.) across multiple brands and channels.
- Track and monitor daily ad spend and performance in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Klaviyo.
- Build and update performance dashboards in Google Sheets, Data Studio, or Excel.
- Identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency and results.
- Partner with the creative team to test new ad angles, audiences, and formats based on performance data.
- Evaluate funnel performanceâfrom ad clicks to final conversionsâand provide recommendations.
- Research competitor activities and benchmark performance.
- Streamline and automate reporting processes using AI tools or no-code solutions.

Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or e-commerce analytics.
- Strong grasp of paid media metrics, especially Facebook Ads and Google Ads performance data.
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
- Experienced with Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and Klaviyo (email performance).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsâyou love finding insights in the data.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
- Curious, resourceful, and passionate about marketing and growth.

Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Marketing Analyst - Ecommerce. The Senior Marketing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting marketing data, developing insights and strategies to optimize marketing efforts, and supporting sales strategies. Daily tasks include collecting and analyzing data, creating reports, collaborating with the marketing team, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
