What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as a key role in solving complex system problems using SDLC methodology
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts while ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Elicit, define, and document business requirements for changes to claims systems
- Engage in solution discussions with project teams and obtain necessary sign-offs
- Lead and manage large, high-visibility projects with a high degree of ambiguity
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 5 years of functional system requirements analysis experience
- Experience with claims systems
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare
- Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA and/or PCI)
- Proficiency in Visio, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
