Blackfountain Strategy is a group of ventures shaping the future of healthcare, business & IT consulting, education, and AI Agents (DerDieDasWelt, Libelle Academy, Translation, Whitman, CogMira, T314M, and more).
We’re looking for a Project Manager (Portfolio) to orchestrate multiple projects across our ecosystem, align teams, and drive execution with precision.
🎯 Your Mission
• Own delivery cadence: define scope, milestones, risks, and weekly commitments
• Lead the implementation of AI Agents in every business unit
• Run the operating rhythm: standups, monthly reviews, executive updates
• Assure customer satisfaction and success
• Build live dashboards: Trello ↔ Tableau/Sheets, project trackers, KPIs
• Lead improvements and increase service quality
• Standardize workflows: templates, OKRs, RACI, automation of repeat tasks
• Sync with Sales/Marketing to align capacity and demand
• Leading weekly seminars and storytelling of the competitive advantages
✅ What You Bring
• 2+ years project/program management (tech/health/education a plus)
• Fluent in Turkish, English and German
• Tool fluency (Trello, Google Workspace, Slack; Tableau/Sheets a plus)
• Crisp client & stakeholder communication
• Bonus: exposure to German bureaucracy or healthcare/visa processes
