About the Role
Classover (Nasdaq: KIDZ) is a fast-growing EdTech company headquartered in New York. As we pivot toward AI-powered personalized learning and global expansion, we’re looking for a proactive Part-Time Recruiter to help us identify, approach, and close top talent across multiple functions, especially in Investor Relations and Strategy.
We’re not looking for a passive HR admin. We need a sharp, self-driven recruiter who loves hunting for great people—on LinkedIn or Monster—and isn’t afraid to message, follow up with candidates, and close. You’ll work directly with the CFO to fill key positions quickly and effectively.
Responsibilities
• Actively source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, talent databases, and referrals
• Craft and send direct outreach messages to high-potential candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process
• Work closely with the CFO to understand real-time hiring needs and role priorities
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate tracking and reporting systems
You Might Be a Fit If You…
• Love recruiting and talent matchmaking
• Have 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience (in-house or agency)
• Know how to write compelling cold messages and follow up professionally
• Are organized, self-driven, and outcome-oriented
• Can commit to 4 hours per day during business hours
• Bonus: Experience in startup, finance, or tech industries
