Job Description

Join TeamFicient as a Virtual Digital Marketing Assistant. In this role, you’ll support our marketing efforts and potentially those of our clients in a remote work environment. Your assistance in various digital marketing tasks will contribute to our company’s online presence and success.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven interest in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote work setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and website.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Assist in creating and optimizing content for digital marketing purposes, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support the development and maintenance of marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and potentially with clients to coordinate marketing initiatives and projects.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to contribute innovative ideas and strategies.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing reports.

  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and techniques is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.

Technical Requirements

  • Modern computer (laptop or desktop) with a reliable processor (Intel i5 or equivalent) and at least 8GB RAM.
  • At least one high-resolution monitor (1080p), which helps in managing multiple marketing campaigns and viewing detailed analytics.
  • A stable and fast internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps and higher is essential, along with a backup Internet Service Provider plan or a secondary location equipped with reliable internet to ensure uninterrupted connectivity and service reliability.
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
  • Backup power solutions, such as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) or a power generator, to prevent data loss during power interruptions.
