Location: Remote – Candidates from the UK, Ireland, Europe, North America, Australia, and New Zealand will be prioritised

🔹 Guide qualified candidates through onboarding and engagement steps

🔹 Take part in ongoing professional and personal growth training

◇ At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment, coaching, leadership, or another people-focused role

◇ Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

◇ Able to manage your own time and work independently

◇ Tech-confident (comfortable with CRM systems, email, and online communication)

◇ Passionate about helping others and inspired by personal growth
