We are looking for a BMC Helix ITSM Engineer who is willing to relocate to join our Client’s team in Brussels, Belgium.

Eligibility:
- Candidate must have resided in Portugal for at least the past 5 years.
- Portuguese citizenship is mandatory.
- Candidate must be prepared to obtain EU security clearance upon accepting the job offer (with Hexa coordination).
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Maintenance and Improvement
- Maintain, patch, and continuously improve the BMC Helix ITSM systems.
- Ensure ITSM systems are healthy and updated with patches.
2. Customisation and Configuration
- Deliver and implement customisations for BMC Helix ITSM.
- Configure and develop BMC Service Request Management (SRM) SRDs and DWPC.
- Develop and configure BMC Smart Reports and Helix Dashboards.
3. Development and Documentation
- Carry out BMC Remedy ITSM code development (v20.02 or later).
- Configure and develop SRM / DWPC service requests.
- Prepare documentation such as design documents, SOPs, and technical instructions.
4. Continuous Improvement
- Implement design updates as agreed with management.
- Improve system processes and ensure operational efficiency.
5. Collaboration and Support
- Work under the guidance of the Head of Coherence Branch and Head of Service Management and Control.
- Update configurations in response to operational needs.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and data visualisations.
- Investigate and resolve issues in coordination with IT teams.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- University degree + 3 years of relevant experience, OR
- Higher secondary education + professional qualification with 4 years of relevant experience.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on work with:
- BMC Helix ITSM Suite (v20.02 or later)
- BMC Service Request Management (v20.02 or later)
- BMC Smart Reporting (v20.02 or later)
- Proven administration and development experience with BMC Remedy ITSM Suite
Desirable Qualifications:
- BMC certifications in ITSM Suite, SRM, and Smart Reporting.
- Strong background in configuring and customizing Remedy ITSM suite.
- Solid understanding of BMC Remedy ITSM architecture (load balancing, high availability, scalability, failover).
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux system administration.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
