Job Details
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field highly preferred
4+ years of experience in a manufacturing facility
Strong expertise in GD&T, gauging, calibration, and statistical methods
Hands-on experience with SPC, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; strong analytical and documentation skills
Ability to work independently with high judgment, pragmatism, and accountability
Strong communication skills for cross-functional and customer interaction
Supervisory Experience With Quality Technicians Preferred
