Role Overview
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying applications across web and/or mobile platforms. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver robust, user-friendly, and high-performing applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop web/mobile applications as per business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features.
- Build and integrate APIs and third-party services.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Maintain documentation and participate in code reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest development frameworks, tools, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience as an Application/Web/Mobile Developer.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks/platforms (e.g., React Native, Flutter for mobile OR React, Angular for web).
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Familiarity with REST APIs / GraphQL.
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to DevOps practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
