You’ll shape projects at all phases of design, managing all aspects of architecture projects through final occupancy and merging deep architectural rigor with operational integration.
Role Expectations

- Own regulatory engagement processes, including AHCA and other state-specific health review bodies, in close coordination with internal permitting and field teams.

- Mentor younger designers while helping shape company’s growing medical architecture bench.
Qualifications
- Licensed Architect with 5-10 years of experience in healthcare (OSHPD, AHCA, or equivalent environments).
- Expertise in modular design principles, especially for volumetric and prefabricated systems.
- Mastery of Revit and a track record of producing highly coordinated construction documents.

- Exceptional communicator and proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, integrated settings.
Reporting Structure
