Are You a Hands-On Marketer Ready to Drive Real Results?

Law Firm Mentor is seeking a high-performing, execution-focused Marketing Manager who knows how to get their hands dirty—writing, building, optimizing, and analyzing marketing campaigns that convert.

This is not a "strategy-only" role. We’re looking for someone who thrives in implementation—someone who is as comfortable managing a HubSpot workflow or building a PPC campaign as they are in analyzing Google Analytics data or writing compelling email copy. You’ll lead the execution of our internal marketing across multiple channels, helping to grow our brand, attract law firm clients, and scale revenue.

If you've marketed for law firms, professional services, or coaching and consulting businesses, and you're looking for a remote role where your skills and results truly matter—we want to meet you.

About Law Firm Mentor

Law Firm Mentor is a rapidly growing business coaching company that helps solo and small law firm owners scale their businesses with proven strategies in marketing, sales, systems, leadership, and financial growth. Founded by attorney and entrepreneur Allison C. Williams, we serve a national client base of law firm owners ready to crush chaos and create real business freedom.

We are a passionate, fast-paced team of experts dedicated to one mission: transforming lawyers into CEOs.

What You’ll Do

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for implementing and managing the day-to-day marketing activities that drive lead generation, client acquisition, and brand visibility.

Execution-Focused Digital Marketing

  • Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, PPC, content marketing).
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Maintain and manage the company’s HubSpot account—building workflows, managing lists, segmenting audiences, creating reports, and optimizing email campaigns.
  • Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to track conversions, user behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Conduct keyword research and manage content strategy in alignment with SEO goals.
  • Oversee and enhance Google Business Profile listings and monitor local SEO presence.
  • Build and manage dashboards to track KPIs and report on ROI for campaigns.

Platform Proficiency & Technical Marketing

  • Work directly inside HubSpot, Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Search Console, and more.
  • Troubleshoot pixel issues, set up conversion tracking, and collaborate with design or external vendors as needed.
  • Manage landing pages, opt-ins, A/B testing, and funnel optimization tools.
  • Identify automation opportunities and implement systemized follow-up sequences across the funnel.

Campaign Ownership & Content Oversight

  • Write and deploy email campaigns, newsletters, nurture sequences, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with leadership to plan launches and align content with sales initiatives.
  • Create compelling ad copy and social posts aligned with our brand tone.
  • Support internal asset creation including sales pages, video scripting, and lead magnets.
  • Maintain editorial and social calendars and ensure consistency across platforms.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a highly capable digital marketer who has actually done the work. You are confident in setting up complex campaigns, know how to get conversions with limited fluff, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first team.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Proven experience with HubSpot (including workflows, lists, automation, and reporting).
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Ads, including conversion tracking and PPC optimization.
  • Experience managing Facebook/Instagram ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Fluency in marketing KPIs, UTM tracking, attribution models, and campaign reporting.
  • Familiarity with Google Business Profile, SEO strategy, and local search optimization.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including ad copy, landing page content, and emails.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience marketing for law firms, coaching/consulting services, or professional services firms.
  • Working knowledge of legal tech platforms (Clio, Lawmatics, or similar tools is a plus).
  • Familiarity with webinar funnels, online course promotion, and marketing to entrepreneurs.
