About Role

We’re seeking a Senior Flutter Engineer to define the technical direction for our mobile app. This isn’t just about shipping features — it’s about building the foundations that let us scale to thousands of daily checkouts across live autonomous stores.

Responsibilities

• Define mobile architecture — choose patterns, enforce standards, and ensure apps remain scalable and maintainable as complexity grows.
• Design for reliability — enforce testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines for predictable and continuous deployments.
• Optimize for performance — from rendering efficiency to data synchronization under real-world network conditions.
• Influence cross-functional decisions — work with backend, product, and design to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and smooth user experiences.
• Own delivery at scale — from developer workflow to App Store/Play Market release strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of professional mobile development, with deep experience in shipping and scaling consumer-facing production apps.
• 4+ years of hands-on Flutter development, with mastery of state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Redux, etc.).
• Proven ability to design mobile architecture that balances scalability, testability, and speed.
• Strong experience with real-time communication (REST APIs, websockets).
• Experience with design systems (Figma).
• Fluency in CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions) and automated testing practices.
• Experience in technical leadership — mentoring developers, conducting rigorous code reviews, and setting engineering standards.
• Ability to cut through ambiguity and deliver clear, pragmatic solutions under startup velocity.
• Fast learner who can ramp up quickly (code in production within the first week).
• Clear communicator and strong collaborator.
• Positive approach to AI tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude.

• Built and maintained Flutter packages or component libraries.
• Experience with event-driven systems (Pub/Sub).
• Previous role as tech lead on a cross-platform mobile team.
