What You’ll Do

The Sr. Director, Communications and Corporate Affairs will play a pivotal role in advancing our enterprise strategy by leading communications for Global Supply Chain, Global Research & Development, the Global Growth Organization, and the North America business. This leader will ensure consistent and compelling storytelling that connects our people and key stakeholders to our priorities, strengthens our reputation, and accelerates performance.

The role also carries an important enterprise leadership responsibility as a member of the North America Leadership Team, helping to shape strategy and culture in our largest market while ensuring alignment with global priorities.

This leader will be instrumental in ensuring our communications function continues to fuel business priorities, build trust across stakeholders, and amplify our enterprise narrative, while bringing a strong North America perspective to enterprise decision-making.

Key Accountabilities

  • Design and execute global communications strategies that elevate our reputation, inspire employees, and fuel business performance
  • Lead storytelling that connects employees to purpose, strategy, and performance globally and regionally
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of communications professionals, fostering collaboration, agility, and excellence
  • Manage and balance internal communication teams and external agency partners for world-class execution
  • Contribute as a member of the North America Leadership Team, shaping business strategy, culture, and transformation in our largest market
  • Partner across the global communications function to ensure consistent messaging and leverage best practices across regions and functions

Scope and Impact

  • Global Responsibility: Lead strategic communications for Global Supply Chain, Global Research & Development, and the Global Growth Organization
  • Regional Leadership: Serve as a member of the North America Leadership Team, advancing business performance and employee engagement in our most important market
  • Executive Advisor: Act as a trusted counselor to senior leaders, shaping enterprise storytelling around innovation, sustainability, growth, and transformation
  • Enterprise Reputation: Drive initiatives that strengthen reputation with employees, customers, investors, and communities

Salary Range: 215,900 – 279,100 USD

At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
