Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer (AWS + Kubernetes) — LATAM Only | Remote |

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to help us scale and secure our cloud infrastructure and internal developer platforms. You'll be part of a highly skilled, remote-first team, working with cutting-edge tools like AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps frameworks.

✅ What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement GitOps workflows with tools like ArgoCD.
• Build internal tooling and developer platforms to support engineering teams.
• Improve monitoring, reliability, and system performance.
• Automate infrastructure tasks using scripting languages (Bash, Python, Go, etc.).
• Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot production issues.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
• Deep experience with AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes
• GitOps experience (e.g. ArgoCD, Flux)
• Solid scripting in Bash, Python, or Go
• Familiar with CI/CD, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), and container runtimes (Docker, containerd)
• Knowledge of cloud security, networking, and cost optimization
• Experience building developer platforms or internal tooling

📌 Position Details

• 💸 Contract role — up to $3600/month USD
• 🌎 100% Remote – LATAM applicants only
• 🖥️ Mac (2021 or newer, 16GB+ RAM) required
• 📄 Must provide 2 recommendation letters from previous employers
