Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR initiatives at Software Development AI. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in human resources leadership roles, with a strong track record of developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices and employment law, with experience in a technology or fast-paced environment preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies that drive organizational success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to HR management.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR technologies.
