Your tasks
- Independently conduct recruitment for IT and engineering positions
- Effectively reach out to candidates through all available channels (Internet, telephone, Events, Job Fairs)
- Close, partnership cooperation with hiring managers and business departments
- Building long-term relationships with Candidates - we care about Candidate Unique Experience
- Working with our tools: CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter - co-managing the candidate database
- Supporting activities in the area of Employer Branding
- Verification and selection of submitted applications
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Fast paced, self-motivated, able to work under minimal supervision
- Sales fervor - courage in contacting the candidate and the business - you are not afraid to call, invite, convince
- Good organization of work, energy and commitment
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Openness to work from the office in a hybrid model
- Fluency in Polish required
- Residence in Poland required
