We are looking for a creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key support to our Marketing function, this role is ideal for individuals with a passion for digital marketing, content

creation, and brand growth. You will contribute to a variety of digital campaigns and online

initiatives to help strengthen our brand presence and engagement across platforms.


As we work toward our ambitious goal of managing a billion dollars in assets, we’re looking for

Compensation: 16,000,000 - 18,000,000 VND (Base salary + commission, commission available after successful completion of 3-month training and probation period)


Working Hours: Vietnam time, GMT+7

This is a full-time, 100% remote position:

  • Morning shift: 8 AM - 12 PM
  • Evening shift: 8 PM - 12 AM
  • Total of 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week, Zoom meetings required during working hours


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for blogs, emails, ads, and social media platforms
  • Support the planning, publishing, and monitoring of social media campaigns across channels
  • Help design and deploy email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and A/B testing, using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot
  • Conduct keyword research and assist with SEO optimisation for website content
  • Monitor and report on the performance of paid ads and digital campaigns across platforms
  • Collect data from tools and social insights to support weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
  • Maintain marketing calendars, organize digital assets, and provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth team operations


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, etc. OR at least 2 years of experience in a marketing or digital content role
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, and other graphic design tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics or other reporting tools is a plus
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a proactive and team-player mindset
