DaBella is looking for a proactive, growth-minded Chief Marketing Officer who can help take the organization to the next level. Are you an assertive, self-starter who thrives on change? Can you drive through an idea from inception to completion?

The CMO will be responsible for leading the organization’s marketing initiatives, including reinventing the company experience, as well as assisting in the evolution to an ecommerce sales model. This essential member of our C-Suite will be a large voice in the future growth and development of our organization. This role oversees our entire marketing engine — including contact centers, lead generation strategy, and digital marketing channels — while also driving brand visibility and customer engagement in the exterior remodeling space.

Essential Functions

  • Design and manage multi-channel lead generation strategies, including outbound marketing, digital campaigns, partnerships and events
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives demand and aligns with overall business objectives, ensuring scalability in a high-growth environment
  • Drive awareness, preference, and demand for DaBella home improvement services through traditional (analog) and emerging channels for homeowner engagement
  • Leverage and assess relevant market intelligence (market conditions, industry trends and audience profiles) to result in increased program effectiveness
  • Oversee paid media, SEO/SEM, content mark eting, and social media strategies to maximize visibility and engagement
  • Work closely with company leadership to coordinate cross-departmental messaging to promote internal and external awareness and understanding of DaBella to cultivate positive engagement and loyalty
  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing, collaborative and multi-disciplinary team
  • Prioritize and manage marketing budgets
  • Develop and cultivate cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective lead generation throughout the company
  • Manage and develop external agency partnerships and vendor relationships

Qualifications

  • In-depth experience managing a contact center required
  • 10+ years of marketing experience – CMO experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business or related field required
  • Experience in consumer experience-driven marketing and maintaining and enhancing brand positioning through marketing communications
  • Experience leading data-driven marketing programs, preferably with demonstrated ability in marketing automation and contextual marketing
  • Proven ability to protect and enhance brand reputation
  • Experience in building, executing, and measuring data-driven marketing programs across online and traditional channels
  • Proactive, detail-orientated, and self-disciplined required
  • Perform well under pressure and provide reliable and clear communications to other executives and staff
  • Experience in the use of tools for data mining and analysis, including measuring return in an omnichannel environment
