Job Purpose
The VP of IT - Enterprise Services is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the global ERP organization, ensuring seamless integration and support across multiple platforms for manufacturing, procurement, distribution, financials, and HR. This leader also manages the HRIS function, Project Management Office (PMO), Software Asset Management, IT financial operations, and enterprise-wide digital solutions including CRM platforms. The role demands a visionary leader with proven technical expertise, operational excellence, and a strong ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.

Key Job Elements
- Oversee global ERP platforms (SAP, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics) that support factories, procurement, distribution centers, and financial operations. Ensure ERP systems are optimized for performance, scalability, and compliance across regions.
- Lead HRIS strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with global HR policies and employee lifecycle management.
- Drive the vision and execution of enterprise digital solutions, including CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for digital transformation and customer engagement.
- Lead the IT PMO to ensure consistent project delivery methodologies, governance, and portfolio management.
- Oversee strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Education / Training
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

- Ensure reliable and highly available IT services using best-in-class service level management practices, adapting to changing business requirements.
- Drive enterprise-wide ERP strategy, including governance, architecture, and integration with related systems and technologies.
- Lead and Mentor IT PMO ensuring IT delivery is strategically aligned, resource optimized, adequately governed and meeting objectives using metrics.
