About the Role


This is not a coding-heavy position. No prior software engineering experience is required. We are looking for someone who enjoys learning new tools, adapting to no-code platforms, and using AI prompts effectively.


Because this is a B2B client-facing role, a background in sales or customer service is a strong advantage. You will be working directly with business owners, so charisma, professionalism, and the ability to build lasting client relationships are essential.

We interact daily with our clients and pride ourselves on delivering a white-glove experience. The right person will balance technical problem-solving with genuine relationship-building.

SayVo.ai creates advanced voice AI solutions including AI-powered cold callers, receptionists, and customer support agents that help businesses grow faster and scale smarter.

We are expanding quickly and need someone who can bridge technology and customer success, supporting clients with their AI agents and CRM integrations.



What You’ll Do


  • Help business owners set up and customize voice AI agents
  • Onboard new clients and walk them through our platform
  • Support CRM integrations and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Deliver clear, professional, customer-focused guidance during onboarding and beyond
  • Learn and adapt quickly as our technology evolves



What We’re Looking For


  • Hardworking, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable in a client-facing role, working directly with business owners
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Availability for at least 4 hours per day during regular business hours over the next 12 months
  • Familiarity with no-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier) or prompt-based tools a plus (training provided)
  • Sales or customer service background preferred
  • Fluent English with strong communication skills and a clear, professional speaking voice suitable for client-facing calls.

  • $20–$40 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
