About Us

Ama Earth Group has built an AI-powered platform that produces fast, high-quality Environmental Assessment (EA) reports. We automate the heavy lifting, from data synthesis to report writing, making environmental due diligence faster, more affordable, and more accessible. Our goal is to revolutionize environmental intelligence and unlock the largest untapped data resource on the planet: environmental data.


Ama Earth Group is not a traditional company. We are mission-first, created in response to the accelerating decline of ecosystems worldwide. From the beginning we have combined technology with community action, reinvesting a substantial portion of our revenue into self-led environmental restoration projects and partnering with Indigenous communities around the world.


About the Role

We are looking for entrepreneurial Founding Head of Growth candidates to help grow our platform's presence in the market. This will begin as a commission-only trial role for 2–3 months, part-time or full-time/ If there is a strong mutual fit, the role will evolve into a founding executive leadership position with compensation and equity.


Responsibilities

  • Drive top-of-funnel growth through digital ads, LinkedIn and email outreach, and cold outreach
  • Identify and engage prospective clients (Environmental Consultants & Engineers)
  • Educate leads on the value and performance of our tool
  • Run demos, close deals, and manage pricing, LOIs, and contracts
  • Share customer insights to help refine our go-to-market & product strategy
  • Build long-term relationships and act as a trusted partner


Compensation

This will start as a freelance, commission-only role. You will earn 30-40% commission on each sale, with no cap on earnings.
