Position Summary
Echo360 is seeking a
Senior Director of Global Integrated Marketing to lead the planning and execution of global marketing and messaging initiatives across higher education and corporate markets in North America, EMEA, and APAC. This leadership role is responsible for leading and mobilizing a team of marketing managers and agency partners, ensuring seamless, flawless, and high velocity execution of demand generation, product marketing, digital marketing, creative campaigns, customer communication, and event marketing activities.
The Senior Director of Global Integrated Marketing plays a pivotal role in driving topline revenue growth, enhancing & expanding brand awareness, shaping compelling messaging, and inspiring customer adoption of Echo360's Learning Transformation Platform, The Echosystem™. This leader will oversee integrated global campaigns, manage agency and freelance partners, and work closely with Sales Enablement and Customer Success teams to ensure customer-facing messaging is relevant, timely, and impactful. Additionally, the Senior Director must bring fluency in leveraging AI tools and platforms to accelerate messaging, campaign execution, demand generation, and global business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and mobilize a team of marketing managers, fostering a culture of high performance, creativity, and collaboration
- Set clear objectives and KPIs to align the marketing team with company-wide goals
- Provide strategic thought leadership on campaign execution, messaging, and creative development, and the responsible use of AI to drive efficiency and innovation
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities
Demand Generation & Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital campaigns—including email, social, SEM/SEO, content, and paid advertising to generate MQLs and drive topline revenue
- Coordinate global demand generation and messaging strategies with APAC and EMEA regional teams to ensure consistency and market relevance
- Optimize marketing automation and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Qualified, Outreach) to enhance lead nurturing and conversion rates, including the integration of AI-driven personalization, analytics, and predictive insights
- Measure and refine digital campaign performance to maximize ROI
Creative, Messaging & Branding
- Develop and execute brand messaging frameworks to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints
- Own creative campaign development, from ideation through execution, ensuring all messaging is aligned with Echo360's brand promise and resonates with target audiences, while leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance content development, design, and engagement measurement
- Manage agency and freelance partners to expand design, motion graphics, video, and creative production capacity
- Elevate Echo360's brand and The Echosystem as the world's first and only Learning Transformation Platform through creative storytelling, PR, and content strategies
Event & Industry Marketing
- Strategically plan and activate an annual calendar of industry, customer, and proprietary events to enhance brand awareness and drive pipeline
- Lead event marketing efforts to increase Echo360's visibility across global markets
- Develop partnerships with industry leaders and associations to elevate brand influence.
Product Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive awareness and adoption of new products and features
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Customer Success to deliver timely, compelling messaging that promotes customer adoption, usage, and advocacy
- Create marketing content—including case studies, thought leadership, webinars, and videos—that engage both prospective and existing customers
Marketing Analytics & ROI Measurement
- Establish KPIs and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns
- Drive a culture of testing and experimentation to continuously optimize messaging and campaign impact
AI-Driven Marketing Innovation
- Identify and integrate AI platforms that support messaging, branding, demand generation, and customer engagement
- Apply AI to streamline campaign execution, improve predictive targeting, and personalize outreach at scale
- Collaborate with global regional teams (APAC, EMEA, North America) to deploy AI-driven insights that ensure campaigns are locally relevant yet globally consistent
- Ensure responsible and ethical use of AI in all marketing activities

- Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools and platforms, with a track record of applying them to improve campaign velocity, personalization, and ROI
- Proven experience leading messaging, branding, and creative campaign development at a global scale
- Ability to collaborate across global regions (North America, EMEA, APAC) to adapt and execute unified marketing campaigns
- A test-and-learn approach to marketing that embraces innovation, experimentation, and rapid optimization
- A proven ability to turn strategies into results with precision, efficiency, and measurable impact
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for measuring success and optimizing performance
- Ability to motivate and lead internal team and external agency partners, while working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams

Additional Job Details:
This position is FULLY REMOTE; we will consider candidates who are located in many, but not all, states within the United States. For US-based positions, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States for any employer.
The base salary range for this position is $175,000 - $200,000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
