We are hiring Senior VMware Engineer with specialized expertise in VMware AVI (NSX Advanced Load Balancer) to lead architecture, deployment, and operations of advanced application delivery services. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in high-performance environments and enjoy solving complex Layer 4–7 networking challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AVI load balancing solutions across multi-site and hybrid environments.
• Configure advanced application delivery policies including SSL offloading, WAF, and GSLB.
• Integrate AVI with VMware NSX, vSphere, and Kubernetes platforms.
• Monitor and optimize application delivery performance using AVI’s analytics.
• Automate load balancer provisioning using REST APIs and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Troubleshoot complex Layer 4–7 networking and application delivery issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in networking, application delivery, and VMware technologies.
• Strong hands-on expertise in AVI/NSX Advanced Load Balancer.
• Experience with WAF, GSLB, SSL/TLS, and Layer 4–7 policies.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, HTTP/S, DNS, BGP, OSPF.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks: Terraform, Ansible, REST APIs.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications

• VMware VCP-NV
• AVI Specialist Certification

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.

Communication Skills

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory for client communication and documentation.
