Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer to support the full employee life cycle and manage HR administrative processes for the NL region. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, benefits administration, and international assignment support.
Your mission
Employee Life Cycle & HR Administration
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees mainly in the NL region, including documentation, system updates, and employee communication.
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, contract renewals, and related HR documentation.
- Maintain HR records and ensure accurate data entry primarily through internal OA systems and Personio.
- Administer employee benefits and statutory requirements, such as pension updates and sick leave management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
International Assignment & Relocation Support
- Coordinate expatriate and relocation processes in line with company policies for employees in the NL region.
- Support visa applications, residence permits, and related immigration appointments.
- Provide guidance to employees on expatriation policies and relocation procedures.
- Liaise with external service providers (e.g., relocation agencies, immigration consultants) to ensure timely and compliant processing.
- Assist with expatriate payroll pre-processing and data preparation.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years’ experience in a multinational environment, including expatriate payroll and 30% ruling administration.
- Familiarity with employment legislation and HR practices in the NL region.
- Experience with expatriate management, relocation, or immigration processes is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience (especially with Personio or similar systems) is a plus.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Dutch is a plus.
