Position: Marketing & Communications Manager

The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and creative Marketing & Communications Manager to lead and execute DCRI’s marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth across both B2C and B2B audiences. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Experience, and Operations to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals and deliver value to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Brand Strategy & Awareness: Elevate the profile of DCRI’s rental properties through integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Lead Generation: Design and implement targeted strategies to attract tenants and property owners using SEO, paid media, social outreach, and email marketing.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling content including blog posts, videos, virtual tours, and testimonials to engage audiences and support conversion.
• Digital Advertising: Leverage data-driven techniques to run effective campaigns tailored to specific demographics and geographies.
• Partnership Development: Build relationships with local businesses, relocation services, and real estate professionals to expand referral networks.
• Conversion Optimization: Enhance the tenant application and onboarding experience to improve conversion rates.
• Market Insights: Conduct ongoing research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer preferences.
• CRM & Lead Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, personalize communications, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to online reviews to maintain a strong brand reputation.
• Visual Design: Create marketing visuals and materials to support campaigns and B2B proposals.
Who You Are
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital channels.
• Real estate industry experience is a plus.
• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
• Strong communicator and collaborator with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proven success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns.
• Skilled in CRM platforms and project management tools.
• Proficient in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Comfortable with MS Office, HTML, SEO, CMS platforms, and WordPress.
• Experienced in social media strategy and performance tracking.
• Familiar with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
• Team-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality marketing support.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, and is complemented by a comprehensive package that includes bonus opportunities, benefits, and other perks.
