As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Founding Marketing Manager who can elevate our brand and content to match the success of our business.
The RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Founding Marketing Manager who thrives as an individual contributor and is excited to help shape Cadana’s growth team initiatives, brand strategy and narrative. This is not a role for someone who only wants to manage a team or a large budget - this is for a builder who wants to roll up their sleeves, craft content, drive new business into our sales funnel, and directly influence how the world sees one of the fastest-growing fintechs.
You will work closely with the CEO and Head of Growth to position Cadana as the thought leader in global workforce payments. Your responsibilities will have KPI-driven metrics tied to sales pipeline growth, brand development, content creation, and providing support for key activations at industry events.
What You’ll Do- Build and maintain a sales & marketing repository: Own the creation and upkeep of all go-to-market materials (pricing sheets, geographic coverage, product updates, RFP responses) to ensure the sales team has a central, up-to-date library of resources to close deals faster.
- Generate sales pipeline through content: Create blogs, LinkedIn posts, press releases, and case studies that directly drive qualified inbound leads and support the sales team’s outreach.
- Establish Cadana as a thought leader: Produce white papers, reports, and long-form content that attract prospects, support SEO rankings, and convert into sales conversations.
- Enable the executive team: Draft and publish content for the Cadana leadership team that builds their credibility, expands their networks, and creates opportunities with target accounts.
- Support revenue-driving events: Plan and execute Cadana’s marketing presence at industry conferences (e.g. Money20/20), ensuring events generate qualified leads and awareness.
- Grow Cadana’s brand reach: Build and execute a content and social strategy that increases impressions, engagement, and follower growth across LinkedIn and other key channels.
- Track and report impact: Measure marketing performance (leads generated, SEO performance, follower growth, pipeline influenced) and use insights to continuously improve results.
What We’re Looking For- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with proven success in B2B fintech, payroll, or payments.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills; you can craft content that’s strategic, clear, and engaging.
- Experience developing brand and content strategies that drive awareness and pipeline.
- A self-starter who thrives in a hands-on, high-growth startup environment.
- Someone who is curious, resourceful, and comfortable shaping strategy while also executing day-to-day deliverables.
