CRO Analyst (Contract)

Are you an experienced CRO Analyst with a strong background in experimentation, analytics, and user behaviour insights? This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious consultancy team, supporting one of their end-clients on a high-impact digital optimisation project.
The Opportunity
You’ll be embedded within a leading digital consultancy (working on one of their client projects) to drive measurable improvements across customer journeys and conversion funnels. This role blends data analysis, test design, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver actionable insights and optimisations that have a real business impact.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse user behaviour and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Design and manage A/B and multivariate testing programmes.
- Translate data into actionable insights and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to implement CRO initiatives.
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to track performance.
- Continuously iterate to improve UX, engagement, and conversion outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven track record as a CRO Analyst, Digital Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, Adobe Target etc.).
- Strong analytics skills with tools such as Google Analytics / GA4 or Adobe Analytics.
- Solid understanding of UX principles and digital customer journeys.
- Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently in a client-facing environment.
