The Role

We're hiring a Lead Graphic Designer with strong Klaviyo experience and a passion for high converting, lifecycle focused design.

You’ll execute creative across email, SMS, landing pages, and popups, bringing strategy to life through sharp, on-brand visuals. This role requires design leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a clear performance mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Design emails, flows, popups, and landing pages for DTC eCommerce clients
• Lead visual direction, ensuring brand alignment and conversion optimization
• Collaborate with copywriters, PMs, and strategists to execute high-performing campaigns
• Maintain and evolve design standards across clients and industries
• Mentor junior/freelance designers and review their work if needed.
• Keep up with trends in design, Klaviyo, and retention marketing

What You Bring

• 3+ years in email/lifecycle design (agency or eCom)
• Proficiency with Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, modules)
• Strong eye for hierarchy, mobile-first design, and branding
• Bonus: Ai as your colleague and not enemy + motion design/After Effects
