This Role Demands MoreThis is not a routine sales or purchasing position. It is one of the most commercially significant roles at XUM and it requires both experience and ambition.
You will be trusted with large budgets, high-value stock and responsibility for expanding our reach in the United States. You will lead a team, negotiate across global markets and make decisions that directly shape the company’s growth.

The RoleYou will take full ownership of laptop and enterprise IT sales and purchasing, from sourcing and negotiation through to building supplier and customer networks worldwide. A key focus will be strengthening and expanding opportunities in the United States while continuing to grow established markets in the UK, EU, UAE and China.
You will manage large budgets, make high-value decisions and lead a small team to consistent results. This is a leadership role in a high-performance environment where you will be expected to anticipate what needs to be done, move decisively and deliver measurable outcomes.
