Job Title: Full-time, Amazon Digital Marketing Manager
Are you passionate about data, details, and helping grow some of America’s best brands on Amazon?
At Moore Group, we thrive on competition, problem-solving, and helping America’s best outdoor, apparel, and sporting goods brands win on Amazon. We partner with over 60 brands, take ownership of their inventory, and run the digital marketing strategies that fuel their growth.
The Amazon Digital Marketing Manager is at the center of it all. You’re the go-to problem solver and action-taker for our Brand Manager team, driving projects that deliver real results. You’ll report directly to the Chief Sales Officer, who oversees all of our brands
You ARE a good fit if:
- You can spend hours in Excel. Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP are a cakewalk. You can derive meaning from data and summarize your findings concisely. You are capable and fascinated with AI tools, using them to improve your work output and efficiency.
- You’re a capable multitasker who craves variety. Word problems were your jam back in elementary school.
- Value autonomy and accountability. You want ownership, not micromanagement.
- Take pride in high standards, knowing family businesses count on us to get it right.
- Communicate clearly, boiling down complex findings into plain language.
- Learn fast and thrive in a feedback-driven, competitive environment.
- You’ve worked in a similar role growing brands on Amazon. You know what an ASIN is, and you understand the levers that can be pulled to drive growth on the platform.
We value thoughtful work, but analysis paralysis kills brands. Amazon moves fast and breaks things. You need to move faster and fix them. You’d rather make a good decision today than a perfect one next week. You write clearly and concisely because your team needs answers, not essays.
A Day in the Life:
Amazon provides a lot of variety. One day you’re analyzing why boots are selling great, the next you’re troubleshooting why a competitor is kicking our butt on a best-selling listing. You’ll work on multiple brands at once — that’s the reality here — but every project matters because a real person is waiting for your answer.
- Manage and prioritize projects that impact real businesses.
- Deliver data-driven insights, then execute, measure, and repeat.
- Communicate daily with the team through Slack and quick calls.
- Occasionally, join Brand Managers on partner calls to explain strategies or results.
- Use Amazon sales data, Brand Analytics, and third-party tools to identify opportunities and solve problems.
Our brands don't need pleasant project updates; they need results. We're building a company that competes at the highest level while maintaining human relationships. That means:
- Quick responses (brands are waiting)
- Clear communication (no one has time to decode)
- Decisive action (Amazon doesn't wait)
- High standards (because brands trust us)
- Responsibility (you take pride in results, not just tasks)
But it also means:
- Caring about the people behind the brands
- Understanding their success personally matters
- Being someone they want to work with
- Making their lives easier, not harder
Many of our brands are family-owned and founder-led. We’re here to help them beat massive corporations and Chinese private label knock-offs on Amazon. You’ll be given countless opportunities to help our brand partners succeed. At Moore Group, you’ll master:
- How to run $2-5M brands profitably (not just drive traffic)
- Brand owner psychology (why they make decisions)
- How to build systems from scratch (not follow playbooks)
- Cross-functional skills (you'll touch everything from forecasting to brand strategy)
Eventually: How to run your own brands. This isn't a stepping stone job. It's an MBA program where you get paid, and the case studies are real.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2-4+ years of relevant Amazon work experience. Digital Marketing experience is a runner-up, but know that Amazon is different from traditional SEO, CRO, and PPC.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, ideally using them 5–10+ hours per week in prior roles.
- College degree is a plus, not a must.
Compensation:
- Base compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 depending on experience
- Performance bonuses: 90 days: $2,000 (successful training period), 6 months: $3,000 (you’re contributing real value), 1 year: $5,000 (you’re essential)
- Benefits:
- Health reimbursement (ICHRA): $450 per month individual, $675 with dependent or spouse, $900 for families
- 401k with 3% employer match (eligible after 1 year)
- PTO: 80 hours per year
- Annual company retreat
- 100% remote
