As an MLOps Engineer, you’ll take ownership of building, deploying, and scaling machine learning models that protect users in real time. Sitting at the intersection of Data Science and DevOps, this role gives you the mandate to redesign and modernise the ML infrastructure from the ground up, allowing you to be a pillar in the future framework and shape of the MLOp’s team.

You will:

• Build and own ML pipelines at scale – design, deploy, and optimise high-performance models with sub-100ms latency and cost efficiency that outpaces competitors.
• Bridge Data Science and Infrastructure – collaborate with data scientists and DevOps to automate deployments, manage CI/CD, and implement monitoring/retraining strategies.
• Lead innovation in trust & safety – support new initiatives in video, audio, and live chat moderation, while migrating legacy models to modern, modular architectures.

Skills / Experience:

• 3+ years’ proven experience in MLOps or ML Engineering roles with a solid track record in deploying and maintaining ML models in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in PyTorch.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, and Git.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native ML infrastructure.

Salary / Remuneration:

€50,000– €65,000 + Remote Work + Annual Bonus + Health Insurance + Annual Bonus + More!
