Senior Graphic Designer – Shape creative ideas and bring our brand to life
We’re looking for a creative force with a flair for brilliant ideas and striking design to join the University of Warwick as our Senior Graphic Designer. You’ll bring concepts to life with bold typography, exciting layouts, and imaginative visualisation that cut through and inspire. Working closely with our Creative Services Managers and the wider creative team, you’ll shape projects from the spark of an idea through to polished delivery, crafting designs that connect with global audiences and drive conversion.

About You
Our ideal candidate is a versatile, creative senior graphic designer with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for storytelling, visual craft, and audience engagement. You will be responsible for interpreting client briefs and developing compelling print and digital content from concept through to final delivery, ensuring each project aligns with brand guidelines and achieves strategic goals.
We’re looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, originality, and innovation to every stage of the production process. The successful candidate will be a great team player, thrive in a fast-paced marketing department, and produce high-quality, engaging, and relevant design content for a wide range of platforms and audiences. They will be confident in communicating with clients and stakeholders, and capable of providing constructive feedback to more junior designers within the team to aid their development.
We work flexibly at the University of Warwick, and this is a hybrid position with a minimum of two days in the office each week.
