Our client, a growing technology consultancy working in the telecom sector, are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer on a permanent basis with expertise in Rust. As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance software solutions in Rust. This is can be a fully remote role or a hybrid role based in Suffok, offering a balance of remote and in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize software applications in Rust.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and ensure optimal software performance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate Rust best practices into the development process.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to uphold software quality standards.

Required skills and experience:

• Proven development experience with Rust, or C / C++ with the willingness to cross-train in Rust
• Familiarity with software development best practices, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovative technology.
