The American College of Greece is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Specialist – International Recruitment and Admissions, Graduate Programs to join our Graduate Enrollment & Admissions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for international student recruitment, admissions processing, and housing advising. The role involves significant international travel to represent ACG at fairs and events, as well as the cultivation of relationships with prospective students from initial inquiry to enrollment and relocation to Greece.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver recruitment activities, including information sessions, international fairs, and conferences.
  • Travel internationally to represent and promote graduate programs in existing and new markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify and recommend new recruitment opportunities.
  • Manage educational portals and collaborate with Marketing to ensure effective lead generation and promotional materials.
  • Oversee and manage the leads database, ensuring proper nurturing and follow-up through CRM systems.
  • Support prospective students through all stages of the admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment and re-enrollment.
  • Advise international students on housing and relocation matters, coordinating with International Student Services on contracts, allocations, charges, and visas.
  • Participate in international student orientation and student life activities.
  • Review applications for compliance with admissions criteria and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Support new students during their first term to encourage retention.
  • Perform any other duty as assigned by the supervisor.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. A Master’s degree is considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a client-oriented international sales/service environment.
  • Familiarity with international education markets.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Greek is desirable but not required).
  • Ability to work with high confidentiality, and support a diverse international student base.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; advanced Excel reporting skills preferred.
