As Senior HR Generalist- People & Culture, you’ll play a key role in supporting ETL’s growth journey by delivering high-impact HR support across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll work closely with managers and teams to build an inclusive, high-performing culture, while helping shape and evolve our HR processes, policies, and people initiatives.

Key Accountabilities
As a key support to our people managers, you’ll play a vital role in enabling confident, consistent, and values-led leadership across ETL. You’ll be the go-to expert for HR guidance, helping managers navigate challenges, build capability, and create great employee experiences.

Desirables
Hours: The business core hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. We’re happy to consider part-time working, with a minimum of 30 hours per week - let’s chat about what could work for you!
Location:
We offer hybrid working for this role, with the flexibility to work remotely up to 40% of the time.

As a growing global business, we expect you to spend time at our other UK sites - typically on a quarterly basis. Occasionally, additional travel may be required with notice to support our people and operations. Who knows -you could even find yourself supporting the team in Canada or the US!
