- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with dev teams to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
- Quality Advocacy: Champion best practices in software testing methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Continuous Improvement: Optimize test processes for scalability in a fast-paced AI environment.
- Compliance Checks: Ensure adherence to healthcare data standards (HIPAA/GDPR familiarity a plus).

✔ Experience: 2+ years in manual testing, test case development, and defect analysis.
