This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape and execute the product strategy for a high-growth platform serving both B2B and B2C audiences. As VP of Product, you will lead a globally distributed team to unify multiple product lines into a cohesive, modern platform that enhances user experience and drives measurable business outcomes. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring delivery predictability while balancing innovation and operational efficiency. This role requires a decisive, high-impact leader who can inspire teams, simplify complex workflows, and foster collaboration across stakeholders. You will play a key role in scaling the platform, improving metrics-driven execution, and driving platform-wide growth and customer success.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for multiple product lines, unifying them into a single cohesive platform
  • Develop and implement product consolidation and integration strategies across greenfield and legacy environments
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve execution, delivery predictability, and operational discipline
  • Establish reporting and prioritization frameworks to enhance transparency, accountability, and stakeholder alignment
  • Drive backlog reduction while enabling high-value innovation and ensuring platform scalability
  • Attract, retain, and develop world-class product, GTM, and sales talent, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Harness team motivation and stakeholder support to scale platform initiatives effectively


Requirements

  • 10+ years of product leadership experience in SaaS, including 5+ years in senior roles with ownership of roadmap, delivery, and business outcomes
  • Proven success in a high-growth, PE- or VC-backed SaaS company scaling beyond $100M ARR
  • Strong experience in vertical SaaS, supporting SMB customers, and with B2B2C product models
  • Skilled at balancing short-term execution with long-term platform scalability in both legacy and new product environments
  • Hands-on experience with integrations, API strategy, and embedding AI, automation, or intelligent workflows into products
  • Confident decision-maker with exceptional communication skills; able to synthesize complexity, align stakeholders, and drive rapid execution
  • Operates with urgency, clarity, and adaptability in dynamic environments with high expectations
