*Your Role*  

As a Senior MERN Stack Developer, you'll be at the forefront of designing and developing high-performance web applications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and drive technical excellence in our projects.

*What You'll Do*  

- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js  

- Lead development efforts, ensuring code quality and best practices  

- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces  

- Optimize application performance and scalability  

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues  

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them as needed  

- Mentor and support junior team members

*What We Expect*  

- 2–4 years of experience working with the MERN stack  

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js  

- Experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases  

- Familiarity with Redux, REST API, and microservices architecture  

- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, responsive design)  

- Version control experience (Git)  

- Good understanding of security best practices  

- Excellent communication skills in English  

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
