What You'll Do
Reception (Client-Facing):
- Welcome clients warmly and professionally
- Handle bookings, confirmations, and general inquiries
- Maintain a clean and polished front-desk and general areas environment,
- Assist with admin and day-to-day clinic operations
- Prepare and serve drinks for customers
Social Media Marketing (Creative):
- Create, plan, and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Capture in-clinic reels, stories, and before/after visuals
- Edit photos and videos using Canva, Filmora, or similar tools
- Use Midjourney, ChatGPT or similar AI tools to generate assets for the ads
- Respond to DMs and comments with professionalism and warmth
- Stay current with social trends and Korean skincare content
Digital Marketing platforms management (Admin)
- Create, optimize, and report the performance of multiple ads on google, bing, reddit, spotify, etc.
- Create and upload assets to increase engagement
- Research new keywords every month to create new ads
- Check what the competition is doing, so we DON'T do the same.
Who We’re Looking For
Applicants must:
Hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree, or Master's degree of:
- Marketing
- Business Marketing
- Bachelor of Business (Marketing Major)
- Digital Design
- UX/UI Design
- Web Design
- Or another creative/business-related degree
1-3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
You also have:
- A genuine passion for skincare and Korean beauty philosophies
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience creating social media content (Reels, Canva, TikTok, etc.)
- Experience managing google ads. Binge ads, reddit, spotify or other platforms is a plus.
- A proactive, organized approach to multitasking
- A friendly and professional attitude
- Respect for client confidentiality and workplace ethics
- A high sense of responsibility
- Ambition to advance in your professional career quickly

Salary: 60,268 AUD per annum + 12% super
