About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Automation Programs team. This pivotal role involves supporting the execution and continuous improvement of marketing automation lifecycle campaigns designed to enhance customer engagement, retention, and conversions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset coupled with hands-on experience in managing marketing automation platforms.
They will be responsible for implementing campaign strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating across teams to optimize marketing efforts. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on marketing automation
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Emarsys, WhatCounts, or similar
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting campaign performance data
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and industry trends
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques
- Familiarity with client relationship management and vendor coordination
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, execution, and monitoring of automated lifecycle marketing campaigns, including renewal, churn prevention, and nurture programs
- Analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue to identify optimization opportunities
- Implement data-driven adjustments to campaigns in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager to improve results
- Prepare and deliver performance reports containing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams
- Respond to client inquiries related to campaign performance and automation strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Support the expansion of renewal marketing automation programs through strategic planning and execution
- Collaborate with vendors and external consultants to ensure smooth campaign execution and integration
- Maintain data accuracy, campaign reporting integrity, and ensure operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve overall marketing automation processes
- Partner with Sales, Client Success, Development, and Product teams to align automation initiatives with broader marketing strategies
- Support multi-channel marketing campaigns to maximize client engagement and outcomes
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in marketing automation, participating in relevant training and industry events
- Share innovative ideas and contribute to team thought leadership in digital marketing automation
